ZED West Current Release: Prices, Finishing and Payments
A guide to the current release supplied to the platform, separated from historical prices and resale offers.
Supplied starting prices
The supplied release starts at EGP 10 million for a studio, 11.1 million for one bedroom, 14 million for two bedrooms and 21 million for three bedrooms. These are category starting prices, not binding quotations for a particular home. Request the floor area, unit reference, total price and quotation validity.
Finishing and payment terms
The supplied terms indicate full finishing with air conditioning and a kitchen, zero down payment and installments over ten years. Check the first installment date, separately payable charges and the written kitchen and air-conditioning specification. These terms should not be carried over to another phase or a resale home.
Before requesting a viewing
Specify the bedroom count, preferred outlook and intended handover timing. Include these in the inquiry so options can be compared consistently. A changed offer should become a dated update, while the previous release remains identified as historical.
Key questions
Does zero down payment mean there are no other charges?
No. Maintenance and any separate charges must be checked in the quotation.
Are these prices fixed for every home?
No. The final price depends on the home’s area, position and availability.
