INFORMATION BEFORE A DECISION
ZED West History: From the Park Concept to Residential Phases
ZED West developed around a clear idea: homes connected to open space in Sheikh Zayed. Its history helps distinguish the established setting, a new release and the specific home you are considering.
A documented milestone in 2019
ORA’s May 2019 press release records the launch of ZED in Sheikh Zayed and its relationship with the central park. This is a documented project milestone, rather than a launch date for every subsequent building or release.
Understand the plan before the price
The developer describes ZED Sheikh Zayed as a residential destination connected to parkland and services. During a visit, compare the building position, outlook and access route. Two similarly sized homes can offer different daily experiences; a unit plan and inspection are more useful than a general project image.
Reading today’s phases
Separate the history of the development from the status of a home. Request the phase and building names, construction or handover status and finishing specification. A historical milestone does not establish that every home is ready. Compare a written, unit-specific quotation and delivery schedule before deciding.
Key questions
Does the project history determine my handover date?
No. Handover is specific to the phase, unit and written offer.
Is ZED West the same as ZED East?
No. ZED West is in Sheikh Zayed; ZED East is in New Cairo.
