BUYER GUIDE
Choose with clear information.
Compare the details of the unit, not just the project name. This guide helps you request a clear Zed West offer and identify the information to verify before buying.

What should I include in my inquiry?
Specify bedrooms, approximate floor area, preferred floor and view, budget range and buying timeframe. Explain whether earlier delivery or a longer payment schedule matters more. Include your contact number and preferred contact method.
How should I compare two unit prices?
Compare total price, area shown on the plan, finishing, views and parking if included. Request a breakdown of maintenance, additional charges and payments tied to handover. Compare the total commitment, not just the first installment.
Which payment plan details should I confirm?
Ask for the down payment, payment dates, number and duration of installments, any handover payment, and delay or cancellation terms. Keep a dated written offer; terms depend on the phase, unit and current offer.
Are fixed prices or available sizes listed here?
The platform does not present a price or layout as currently available without a recent unit offer. Request an availability list with specifications, price, payment schedule and offer validity.
How do I verify finishing and delivery?
Request the unit plan, finishing specifications and delivery date in the offer and contract. Project images are architectural renderings; verify the selected unit against its documents.
Can I inquire from outside Egypt?
Use an international phone number beginning with the country code and choose WhatsApp or a phone call. Let the team know your country or preferred calling time. The form supports international numbers.
How do Zed West and Zed East differ?
Zed West is in Sheikh Zayed, West Cairo; Zed East is in New Cairo, East Cairo. Start with the area that suits your daily travel, then compare unit offers, areas, payment schedules and delivery.
Can I arrange a project visit?
Ask the team about available visit arrangements, dates and meeting points. A visit is confirmed after a conversation; submitting the form does not automatically book an appointment.
